These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hibajeee ("hibajeee", "we", "the Platform") and its users ("members", "you"). By accessing or using the hibajeee website or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Hibajeee services are provided for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to maintaining a responsible gaming environment, and the safety of our members is our highest priority.

• Only one account is permitted per person.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but registrations from the same device or IP address will be subject to verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

As part of compliance with international financial regulations, hibajeee verifies the identity of all members. Withdrawals above a certain amount will not be processed until the KYC process is completed.

Documents Required for KYC

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket).
• The minimum deposit in cryptocurrency is equivalent to $10.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Without KYC verification, withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 3 hours.

Suspicious Transactions

Hibajeee reserves the right to suspend transactions and conduct additional verification in the event of any suspicious financial activity. If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available).
• Bets must be placed before the match begins or within the designated time during live betting.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100, and the maximum limit varies depending on the bet type and match.
• Bets on abandoned or incomplete matches will be settled in accordance with hibajeee's rules.

Result Determination

All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant event. If official results are unavailable for any reason, hibajeee will make a decision in accordance with its own rules, and that decision shall be final.

Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is submitted, the member will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Once confirmed, the odds at that moment are final.

Hibajeee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

1. Each bonus can be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise.
2. The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus cash can be withdrawn.

4. Claiming a bonus more than once from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.

Welcome Bonus

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Hibajeee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• In cases involving the submission of false information or documents.
• In cases involving suspicious financial activity.
• For security purposes or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon request, provided the account is not currently under investigation.

4. Complex disputes will be escalated to the senior team and resolved within 7 business days.

Hibajeee reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or platform notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, please submit a request to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
